The 9am Service is Morning Worship with Holy Communion on the FIRST and THIRD Sundays of the month. This is a broadly 'traditional' service following the various patterns of service from the Ecumenical Churches.
At 10.45am there is a Family Service with Holy Communion on the SECOND and FOURTH Sundays of the month. This is a lively and less formal service and children are especially welcome.
Prayer for Healing
We offer Prayer for Healing with the laying on of hands, for those in need, on the third Sunday of every month at the 9.00 am service and on the fourth Sunday of every month at the 10.45 am service.
Weddings, Baptisms and Funerals
Please contact Rev Andy Jowitt to make the necessary arrangements for special services at St. Lawrences. Bell ringers and an organist are available by prior arrangement.
St. Lawrence Church has seating capacity for 80-100 people. There are toilet facilities in the church and there is access for the disabled. The Loop system is installed.
Unfortunately there is no space in the churchyard for new burial plots, but cremated remains may be buried with a small memorial plaque.
Prayer Group
A Prayer group for Healing and Reconciliation meets weekly to pray for different needs. There will be someone on hand at all our services to receive any prayer requests you may have for yourself, for friends, your relatives or your community.
We can also arrange for informal support and prayers during the Communion at our 10.45am service and at the end of most services.
Housegroups
Our Housegroups meet weekly, please contact Andy for more details.
God's Gang
Children from 3 to 11 can join 'God's Gang', meeting in the Memorial Hall every Sunday. The children join the adults at the beginning of the 10.45am service, then move onto the Memorial Hall for their own activities to have fun while learning more about the Christian Faith.
Music Group
The music group meets in church most Thursday evenings at 8pm to prepare music, mainly for our 10.45am service. If you have an interest in playing any instrument and would like to join the music group just come along.
Dance Group
Our dance group meets in church on Tuesday evenings to practice dance for worship and welcomes both adults and children.
Coffee 'Drop-in' morning'
The church is open on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12noon. All are welcome to drop-in for coffee and chat in the lobby area of the church. The worship area will also be available for quiet prayer.
Bell Ringing
The bell ringers meet for practice on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. Please let us know if you are interested in taking up this activity and want to know more about opportunities to join the ringers and to try your hand.
Chatterbox
'Chatterbox' is a Tots group sponsored by Bradwell Church, and members of Bradwell Church are involved in helping support the group. It aims to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a safe play environment where adults, toddlers and babies can enjoy meeting.
Chatterbox isn't just for Mums. Dads, grandparents and other carers are welcome too. It is open to anyone with preschool children. We hope you'll feel at home and enjoy coming.
There are play equipment and toys for the children, with a drink and biscuit towards the end of the session (not forgetting tea and coffee for the adults).
Sessions sometimes include a special time when we. gather together for action songs and Bible stories (told in a fun way for the children). On special occasions we may all go together to St Lawrence Church (nearby) for a short funpacked service time for the children.

Guidelines
We have drawn up these guidelines to try and create a happy and safe group.
Carers stay with their children and are responsible for them during Chatterbox time.
Everyone does their best to lend a hand to tidy up at the end of the session.
There is no smoking on the premises.
Please make sure you know the fire drill.
For safety reasons we ask you to provide some basic details the first time you come, and always sign the attendance book for you and your children.
Please don't leave valuables unattended- keep them with you.
We are conscious of the need for care with hot drinks (teas and coffees) and encourage the children to sit at the table for their drinks and biscuits.
